Them as follows (vitz) Item 1st my wheel is that all my estate both real and personal be sold on a credit to the highest bidder and the money occurring from such sale pay my burial Expenses and all my just debts with the balance I disposed of as follows Item 2nd I give add bequeath onto Mrs Nancy Turner wife of John C Turner the sum of four hundred dollars provided that she will take and raise Narcissa Darden daughter of Edith Darden without charging her any board until she marries or arrives to the age of twenty one years but in case that Mrs Turner should the poor for that time my wish is that John C Turner bill to keep the aforesaid Narcissa Darden and his family. Item 3rd by further will and desire is that the afore named Narcissa Darden be my whole sole heir to the balance of my estate of whatsoever kind there may be. to her and her heirs forever but in case Narcissa Darden should die with that lawful issue then ???? lean her portion of my estate to my neice Eliza Carr to her and her heirs forever. lastly Do constitute and appoint my friend John C Turner Executor to this my last Will and testament making void all other former Wells made by me by further wish is at my death for John C Turner to take the entire charge of my affairs.
